Gate Information/Change

This form is for reporting phone number changes, name display options and PIN Number change requests.  In order to accurately fill out this form, you will need to know your Division Number and Property Number. This information is printed on the address label of your newsletter or can be determined by opening the Community Map link from the left hand navigation menu. If your name, telephone number, division and property number is submitted differently than what our records indicate, this form will not be processed. If you do not get a response back within 48 to 72 hours, please contact us at 360.691.2683.

The form fields marked with a * are required. If these are left blank, the form will not be processed.

Please indicate in the text box below, the new phone number, the name change or the desired PIN number (PIN numbers will only be changed if they have been compromised or their has been a change in ownership for the property). 

  • PIN numbers are restricted to 4 numbers, and cannot use the '*' or '#' keys in the four digit string.
  •  Phone numbers must be local calls only and not long distance from area code 360. We highly recommend that your home phone number be used for telephone contact from the gate.
